As she reaches it, her feelings shift—she looks at her faint glow and hesitates. She remembers her friends’ smiles when she helped light their paths earlier—even dim light mattered. Flicker decides not to touch the Spark, instead brushing past it. Back in the village, Flicker sees how softly glowing she truly is—but now, she’s beaming with confidence. The other fireflies cheer, and her true glow emerges from self-acceptance.
